Chad Feucht, President and Chief Executive Officer of Feucht Financial Group
President & Chief Executive Officer

Leadership shaped where preparation, precision, and accountability mattered.

Chad Feucht leads Feucht Financial Group. He has been securities licensed since 1994 and serves as a Licensed Investment Advisory Representative, working alongside the firm's advisors and tax professionals across Wisconsin and Florida.

His earlier career was spent in environments where the cost of an unexamined assumption was high: a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a retired Lieutenant Colonel and decorated 25-year combat veteran, an F-16 instructor, evaluator and test pilot, an F-22 instructor and evaluator pilot, and an Air Force commander. In industry he worked as a systems and software engineer at Lockheed Martin and as an F-22 program and site manager at Boeing, and he later earned an MBA from Trident University.

What carries over is not the hardware. It is the habit of looking at a whole system before changing one part of it — the same habit this firm applies to a tax return, a portfolio, a business, and a family's long-term plan.

What it means for clients

Six habits that show up in the work.

Preparation

Plans are built for the year that is coming, not reconstructed after it ends.

Precision

Numbers are checked against each other before a recommendation leaves the building.

Disciplined analysis

A decision is tested against what it affects elsewhere, not judged in isolation.

Leadership

Someone is accountable for the whole picture, not only for their own piece of it.

Systems thinking

Tax, investment, business and estate are treated as one connected system.

Responsibility

Follow-through is scheduled, and reviews happen whether or not anything went wrong.
